LONDON (Alliance News) - House builder Taylor Wimpey PLC on Friday reported the departure of Finance Director Ryan Mangold and said that he will be succeeded by Chris Carney, the chairman of the company's London & South East division.
The house builder also announced that it has appointed Jennie Daly to the board as group operations director, effective April 20. Daly joined Taylor Wimpey in 2014 from Redrow PLC, as UK Planning Director, before becoming UK Land Director in 2015.
Mangold will step as a director on April 20 but will continue to have an active role in the business until December 31, which will include helping to oversee half year accounts. He will then be on garden leave until April 19, 2019.
Carney has been the chairman of the company's London & South East division since 2015. He will be succeeded by Ingrid Osborne as divisional chairman for the London & South East division. Osborne currently is the divisional managing director for Central & East London.
Shares in the company were 0.5% higher at 194.55 pence in morning trade Friday.
