LONDON (Alliance News) - Target Healthcare REIT Ltd Wednesday said it has raised gross proceeds of around GBP17.4 million after issuing 17.2 million shares.
The closed-ended property investment company said it will use the funds to make acquisitions.
"Under the 12 month placing programme the board expects to issue further ordinary shares to existing and new investors to fund further acquisition opportunities as they arise," the company said in a statement.
The company's stock was trading flat at 104.00 pence Wednesday afternoon.
