LONDON (Alliance News) - Target Healthcare REIT Ltd said Friday it bought two care homes for an aggregate value of GBP37 million.
The home in Cirencester, south west England, has 73 bedrooms. The second house in Camberley, south east England, has 64 bedrooms.
Both houses are let for 30 years to subsidiaries of Aura Care Living, which is majority owned by Chief Executive Officer Linda Lloyd, the company said.
Target Healthcare shares were flat at 111.00 pence each.
