LONDON (Alliance News) - Tangent Communications PLC Wednesday said it has appointed a new chief financial officer, with the incumbent to become the managing director of its print services business in Newcastle, England.
Tangent Communications said it has appointed Jamie Beaumont, who previously worked at LSL Property Services PLC, as its new chief financial officer.
Kevin Cameron, the current finance director, will become managing director of the print services business.
"Jamie brings a fresh dynamic to the executive team and will work from the London office. Kevin moves to his new role, focused on overseeing the rationalization of our print operations. We'd like to thank Kevin for his contribution to the company to date and have every confidence that his existing knowledge of the company's print operations will ensure a smooth transition," Chief Executive Timothy Green said in a statement.
Tangent Communications shares closed down 3.7% at 3.25 pence on Wednesday.
