LONDON (Alliance News) - UK-based TalkTalk Telecom Group PLC posted 5.1% growth in its revenue for the third quarter and said it is on track to deliver its full year 2014 guidance and medium term targets.
For the third quarter, total revenue grew 5.1% to 436 million pounds from 415 million pounds. On-net revenue rose 9.6% to 320 million pounds and Corporate revenue increased 8.8% to 87 million pounds. On-net ARPU was up 5.2% to 26.79 pounds.
The group said growth in On-net revenue was driven by base growth and ARPU progress from successful pricing activity and new product penetration, while Corporate revenue growth was driven by accelerating growth in data products and revenues from Post Office voice customers.
Looking ahead, the group said it expects revenue for full year 2014 to grow by at least 3% and EBITDA margins to be in the range 12-13%. The group also said it is on track to deliver its medium term targets of 4% revenue CAGR and 25% EBITDA margin by FY17.
