LONDON (Alliance News) - TalkTalk Telecom Group PLC said Friday it agreed not to proceed with the sale of TalkTalk's direct B2B business to the Daisy Group.
The sale which had been announced at the end of May was worth GBP175 million.
TalkTalk said it "will continue to manage all direct B2B business" with customer services remaining uninterrupted.
The company also maintained its earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation guidance unchanged at 15% growth on 2018's Ebitda of GBP233 million.
TalkTalk shares were trading 4.4% lower at 103.00 pence.
