LONDON (Alliance News) - SyQic PLC on Monday said it has signed a further extension to its deal with streaming service Viki to extend its Cool2Vu Korean entertainment platform into India.
Last week, SyQic and Viki struck a deal to launch the service in Europe, South America and Central America, having initially signed a deal covering Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore in February.
SyQic did not provide any financial details on the deal.
"We are delighted to be continuing the rapid roll-out of cool2vu, our Korean themed entertainment service, into the vast and dynamic market that is India," said SyQic Chief Executive Officer Jamal Hassim.
Shares in SyQic were down 2.0% to 43.60 pence on Monday.
