LONDON (Alliance News) - FTSE 250-listed chemicals company Synthomer PLC on Wednesday said Steve Bennett has been appointed as its new chief financial officer, effective from July.
He will take over from David Blackwood, who announced he would step down in December.
Bennett joins from his role as CFO of Petroineos Refining Ltd, a joint venture of Swiss chemicals company INEOS Group and Chinese state-owned oil company PetroChina.
Synthomer shares were up 0.1% to 308.6 pence in early trade Wednesday.
