Synety Takes A Tentative Step Into US With Licence Win

18th Nov 2013 09:09

LONDON (Alliance News) - Synety Group PLC Monday said it has been granted a US telecoms licence, meaning it can now start offering its CloudCall telecoms service to businesses and residents in the country.

"We have for some time been receiving considerable pull from a number of our integrated (customer relationship management) partners wishing to offer our CloudCall Service to their US customers," Chairman Simon Cleaver said in a statement.

"Many of these partners are US owned and have home customer bases that are up to ten times the size of their UK bases. Having seen the enthusiasm their UK customers are showing for CloudCall they are understandably keen to offer our service to their US users," he added.

Cleaver said Synety will initially proceed with caution as it evaluates the US market in more detail. Initial sales will be through current partners marketing the Synety product to existing customer bases, and will be done as much as possible through the company's existing staff and infrastructure in the UK.
