LONDON (Alliance News) - Synety Group PLC Tuesday said it had won a new customer and signed an agreement to integrate its CloudCall software with SPP Pure Broking's software.
The cloud-based telephony company will integrate CloudCall with SSP's international communications software for around 90 employees in an initial three year contract. Synety said it was in conversations about the possibility of rolling out CloudCall to other SPP staff members if the installation is successful.
SSP Pure Broking also agreeed to integrate CloudCall into its core insurance software and will partner with Synety to offer the combined product to its customer base.
"SSP's customer base includes many large and prestigious companies which are well-known household names," said Executive Chairman of Synety Simon Cleaver. "Our partnership with SSP to offer integrated services to this customer base represents not only a huge and exciting prospect, but is also an enormous endorsement for CloudCall and Synety."
No financial details of the agreement were disclosed.
Shares in Synety were trading down 1.1% at 262.00 pence Tuesday afternoon.
