LONDON (Alliance News) - Cloud-based software and communications business Synety Group PLC Tuesday said it had integrated its CloudCall software with Influence, a recruitment software system operated by recruitment software provider Influence Ltd.
The CloudCall solution incorporates advanced communication features such as click to dial, the ability to make or replay call recordings and full logging of customers call histories and notes.
Synety said this integration will allow Influence's end users to drive "sophisticated telephony functions directly from their recruitment software platform."
Executive Chairman Simon Cleaver said the firm was "delighted" to add Influence to its partner programme.
"We are now starting to achieve reasonable penetration within the recruitment CRM space and our experience to date indicates that we should both benefit from a good take up of CloudCall by Influence's customer base," he added.
The stock was trading at 313.45 pence Tuesday, down 1.55 pence or 0.5%.
