LONDON (Alliance News) - Synety Group PLC Tuesday said it has secured a significant new customer win, as Peninsula Business Services, a UK employment law and health & safety services provider, agreed to integrate Synety's CloudCall software.
The Leicester cloud-based telephony company said the contract is to provide its CloudCall software - which includes features such as enabling calls to be recorded, logged and categorised - to a limited number of Peninsula staff, and is expected to be worth approximately GBP100,000 per year depending upon actual telephony spend.
Synety said its is in ongoing conversations to explore the possibility of rolling out CloudCall to additional members of staff across Peninsula's organisation.
"Alongside providing CloudCall for Peninsula's internal use, we are in very early stage discussions examining the possibility of integrating CloudCall with Peninsula's HR-Online Cloud-based HR Management Software," said Executive Chairman Simon Cleaver in a statement.
Last week Synety said it had integrated its CloudCall software at Concord Group, a leading recruitment software provider.
Synety shares were trading 7.3% higher Tuesday morning at 281.74 pence per share.
