Synety Group Rises After Jump In Number Of Users, Recurring Revenues

7th Apr 2014 08:12

LONDON (Alliance News) - Synety Group PLC shares were higher Monday morning after the company reported a big jump in end user numbers, recurring revenues and ordered licenses over the first quarter of the year.

In a statement, the company said it had 3,866 end users on March 31, up from 2,678 at the end of December, while its average new users per month rose to 396, from 224.

It had 7,836 licenses at the end of March, up from 5,160 at the end of December, with the average number of users per customer up to 11.3, from 10.1.

Synety's annualised recurring revenue rose to GBP1.28 million on March 31, from GBP0.87 million at the end of February. The figure per user stood at GBP25.04, up from GBP24.10.

The company also said that it has launched its new automated call distribution and dialler technology known as CloudCall Campaigns. The technology automates the dialling process so that sales staff can be presented with their next call automatically. On completion of a call, the system provides a short interval for notes to be taken before automatically dialling the next number on the list.

Synety shares were up 4% at 338 pence Monday morning.
