LONDON (Alliance News) - Symphony International Holdings Ltd said Monday that subsidiary Symphony Investment Managers Ltd, Director Anil Thadani, and Director Sunil Chandiramani, increased their holdings in the company.
Symphony International Holdings now holds an interest in 38.1 million of the company's 513.4 million issued share capital, representing a 7.4% stake.
Anil Thadani now holds a 15.2% stake in the company, worth 78.1 million shares. Sunil Chandiramani now holds a 5.3% stake in the company, worth 27.3 million shares.
Shares in Symphony International closed flat at USD0.70 each.
