LONDON (Alliance News) - Sweett Group PLC on Friday said Chief Financial Officer Patrick Sinclair is resigning from his post.
He will remain with the construction services provider until a handover has been completed, and Sweett Group said it is commencing the search for a replacement.
"I would like to thank Patrick for his considerable contribution to Sweett Group over the last three and a half years. He has actively participated in the successful delivery of a number of strategic objectives for the group, and has been instrumental in managing the financial performance of the business. We wish him every success for the future," Chief Executive Douglas McCormick said in statement.
Shares in Sweett Group were trading down 5.0% at 22.10 pence on Friday morning.
