Sutton Harbour Says "Satisfactory Progress" Continuing

LONDON (Alliance News) - Sutton Harbour Holdings PLC said Wednesday that "satisfactory progress" is continuing in all of its core trading activities, and it is continuing preparatory work for its Boardwalk development.

In a statement ahead of its annual general meeting the company said the letting of Jamaica House to Boston Tea Party, together with two additional recent lettings totally 3,500 square foot has increased its investment property occupancy rate to 96.6%.

At Plymouth Fisheries it continued to see strong seasonal landings with improving fuel and ice sales, car parking revenues continue to grow steadily, occupancy at King Point Marine and trading at The Marine in Sutton Harbour are in line with the company's expectations.

"The company is actively engaging with the Department for Transport and other parties as regards the government review of the former Plymouth airport site which was announced in the March 2015 budget. We will update shareholders when we are in a position to do so," Sutton Harbour said in the statement.

Shares in Sutton Harbour were down 2.7% at 31.14 pence Wednesday afternoon.
