LONDON (Alliance News) - Sutton Harbour Holdings PLC Thursday said it has now managed to let a long vacant property at its Sutton Harbour development in Plymouth, a move that will take its letting occupancy rate to 93.3%.
In a statement, the AIM-listed marine and waterfront regeneration specialist said it has completed a new tenancy agreement with the Boston Tea Party cafe group for the 6,909 square foot Jamaica House premises at Guy's Quay in Sutton Harbour.
Boston Tea Party has signed a 15-year lease subject to planning consent, and the new venue is expected to open in June 2015.
Earlier this month, Sutton Harbour received more good news about the development when it was granted planning consent for its 'Boardwalk' scheme in the Vauxhall Quay area of Sutton Harbour. The scheme is for a 7,807 square foot lettable space in two larger units for "quality family and visitor-orientated restaurant use and one smaller pavilion unit."
Sutton Harbour shares were down 1.8% at 35.37 pence Thursday morning.
