LONDON (Alliance News) - Sutton Harbour Holdings PLC said Friday that its has been granted planning consent for its 'Boardwalk' scheme in the Vauxhall Quay area of Sutton Harbour in Plymouth.
The scheme is for a 7,807 square foot lettable space in two larger units for "quality family and visitor-orientated restaurant use and one smaller pavilion unit."
Sutton said that it has already had strong interest in the units from operators, and it will aim to pre-let the units to secure development financing.
Shares in Sutton are trading down 2.6% at 28.26 pence Friday morning.
