LONDON (Alliance News) - Surgical Innovations Group PLC on Wednesday said it has appointed Melanie Ross as its finance director and company secretary with immediate effect.
Ross worked for Eaton Cooper Lighting and Safety Ltd and AESSEAL PLC, the mechanical seals and support systems company, in finance roles in the past.
Ross also will be general manager of the surgical instrument group's principal trading subsidiary, Surgical Innovations Ltd.
Surgical Innovations shares were untraded Wednesday, having last traded at 1.20 pence.
