LONDON (Alliance News) - Surface Transforms PLC said Monday it promoted Finance Director Michael Cunningham to the board with immediate effect.
Cunningham joined the carbon fibre manufacturer in January.
"We are delighted that Michael has accepted our invitation to join the board. Since joining Surface Transforms, Michael has drawn upon his extensive experience of both large and small automotive companies contributing significantly to both improving financial discipline in the company and to its wider strategic direction," Chairman David Bundred said.
Surface Transforms shares were untraded at 18.00 pence each.
