(Alliance News) - Sure Ventures PLC, a technology focused investment company, on Friday said it has raised GBP250,000 through a private share placing with an institutional investor.
The company has issue 250,000 ordinary shares at 100 pence each, which after the costs and expenses of the issue represents a premium to the last published net asst value per share of 95.74p per share.
Sure Venture did not disclose the purpose behind the capital raise.
Shares in the Sure Ventures were untraded at 97.50 pence each in London on Friday.
