(Alliance News) - London-based venture capital fund Sure Ventures PLC on Friday said it has raised gross proceeds of GBP225,000 through a private placing with two investors.
The fund issued 230,769 shares at a price of 97.50 pence each which reflects a 5.2% premium to the last published net asset value per share of 93.60 pence in March.
Sure Ventures' shares were up 2.7% at 95.00 pence on Friday in London.
Application has been made for the 230,769 shares to be admitted to trading on the specialist fund segment of the main market of London Stock Exchange. The admission will take effect on July 9, as will dealings in the shares.
Sure Ventures will then have 5.4 million shares issued overall.
