SuperSeed Capital net asset value climbs in fourth quarter

13th Feb 2026 13:37

(Alliance News) - SuperSeed Capital Ltd on Friday said its net asset value per share increased during the fourth quarter of 2025.

The Guernsey-based venture capital fund with a portfolio of early-stage technology investments said NAV per share grew by 12 pence during the quarter to the end of December, and is now at GBP1.33 per share on a fully diluted basis.

This is a 12p increase, or a rise of 9.9%, from GBP1.21 a year prior.

The firm said fund portfolio revenue nearly doubled on an annualised basis in the fourth quarter.

Looking ahead, SuperSeed Capital noted that the fund's investment period has now ended.

It said several companies in its portfolio are progressing towards Series A, with "significant activity" expected in the first half of 2026.

"The fund portfolio's performance continues to track top-performing VC fund benchmarks globally. Q4 2025 was another strong quarter for the fund's portfolio, with several companies hitting new valuation milestones and progressing towards major funding rounds," said Mads Jensen, managing partner of the investment manager SuperSeed Ventures LLP.

"This is expected to drive substantial TVPI expansion in the quarters to come as valuations reflect continued portfolio progress."

Shares in SuperSeed Capital were flat at 75.00 pence on London's Aquis Exchange on Friday afternoon.
