LONDON (Alliance News) - Supermarket Income REIT PLC on Thursday said it has increased the rent at its Tesco Extra in Scunthorpe by 3.3% after an annual review.
The increase means the company will receive GBP3.0 million in rent annually from March, from GBP2.9 million before.
Once this comes into effect, Supermarket Income REIT's total portfolio passing rent will be GBP16.6 million.
Ben Green, director of the firm's investment adviser Atrato Capital, said: "The conclusion of this rent review underlines the attractive, RPI rent reviews that are a feature of all our leases."
Shares were up 0.8% on Thursday at a price of 102.80 pence each.
