LONDON (Alliance News) - Media firm STV Group PLC on Wednesday said its Chief Financial Officer George Watt will be leaving the firm after 20 years.
Watt is set to depart at the end of March next year, with STV saying he is going to pursue a "non-executive career".
STV has begun the search for a successor.
Chief Executive Simon Pitts said: "George has done an outstanding job over two decades at STV and we are indebted to him for his great contribution to the success of the company."
"I have very much enjoyed working with George since joining in January and this will continue over the next six months as we deliver our strategic growth plan. The process to appoint a successor will now begin."
Shares were untraded early Wednesday, last quoted at 384.05 pence each.
