StratMin Graphite Sales And Production Rise In February

9th Mar 2015 10:21

LONDON (Alliance News) - Madagascar-focused StratMin Global Resources PLC on Monday reported a rise in graphite sales in February with production increasing across the board.

StratMin said it sold 150 tonnes of graphite in February, up from 44 tonnes in January.

The company said production increased across its plant, drier and screening products.

"The plant continues to see production grow steadily and, with secure sales contracts in place, the company can build a stable monthly production base," said Managing Director Manoli Yannaghas.

"The new milling and screening capacity is now operational and I look forward to updating the market on its developments in the next update," Yannaghas added.

StratMin shares were down 8.0% to 4.60 pence on Monday.
