LONDON (Alliance News) - Strategic Minerals PLC said Wednesday that it has appointed Julien McInally and Lyle Hobbs as Directors of the company with immediate effect.
McInally will assume executive responsibility for the Company's interests in Australia and Hobbs will take on executive responsibility for the Company's interests and operations in the North America.
"Their appointments will significantly enhance the Company's ability to accelerate its strategic objectives, and in particular its ability to identify and acquire the rights to mineral stockpiles," said Executive Chairman James Fyfe.
The firm also said Peter Stephens and David Anderson have resigned as directors, but that Anderson will remain with the company.
Shares in Strategic Minerals were trading 0.83% higher at 0.61 pence per share Wednesday morning.
