LONDON (Alliance News) - Stock broker Arden Partners PLC said Thursday that Luke Johnson has stepped down as chairman with immediate effect due to other commitments for the serial entrepreneur and columnist for The Times.
The company has commenced a search for a new chairperson. Mark Ansell, the company's senior independent non-executive director, has assumed the chairman role on interim basis.
Shares in Arden were trading 0.6% lower at 38.26 pence each on Thursday afternoon.
