LONDON (Alliance News) - Kazakh construction material producer Steppe Cement Ltd on Wednesday said funds managed by Consilium Investment Management LLC have taken a significant stake in the company.
Consilium Frontier Equity Fund and Southern California Edison Retirement Plan, which are both managed by the Florida-based investment manager, now own 11.1 million Steppe shares, or around 5.1% of its issued share capital.
Shares in Steppe were untraded Wednesday, having last traded at 18.11 pence.
