(Alliance News) - Stenprop Ltd on Wednesday appointed Unite Group PLC Chief Executive Richard Smith as well as former Avis Budget Group International UK country manager Louisa Bell as independent non-executive directors.
Stenprop is a London-based multi-let industrial property company.
Prior to Unite, Smith spent 18 years in the transport industry, working in the UK, Europe, Australia and North America. This included 13 years at National Express Group PLC where he held a range of senior finance, strategy and operations roles, including group development director and chief financial officer in North America.
Bell's career spans 25 years in the travel and transportation industry, having held a number of senior commercial and operational roles for Avis Budget Group Inc, Cigna Corp's Cigna Healthcare, and Eurostar International Ltd.
