LONDON (Alliance News) - Starvest PLC on Tuesday said that Non-Executive Director Anthony Scutt would not look to be re-elected at the firm's annual general meeting held earlier on Tuesday and stepped down from the board.
"The board would like to express its gratitude to Tony for his years of service to the company and to wish him well for the future," the capital market company said.
All other resolutions proposed at the AGM were passed.
Starvest shares were trading up 5.5% at 2.90 pence each.
