LONDON (Alliance News) - Starvest PLC on Tuesday said that Chairman Bruce Rowan is retiring for health reasons, and that it has already found a successor.
Rowan has been chairman since January 2002.
Starvest said that Callum Baxter has accepted the dual role of chairman and chief executive with immediate effect.
Baxter, a member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists and the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, is the CEO of AIM-listed Greatland Gold PLC and a non-executive director of ISDX-listed Goldcrest Resources PLC.
Shares in Starvest were untraded on Tuesday morning in London, having last traded at 2.26 pence.
