LONDON (Alliance News) - Stanley Gibbons Group PLC on Tuesday said it has appointed Harry Wilson as chairman-elect, to replace Martin Bralsford who is stepping down.
Bralsford will step down on or before the publication of Stanley Gibbons' full-year results, which is expected to be towards the end of June, following which Wilson will take over.
"Harry Wilson is an experienced public company director and chairman, having been involved with listed companies for over 20 years. He is also a long-time collector of stamps, is well-known within the industry and has a significant knowledge and interest in philately," Stanley Gibbons said in a statement.
Shares in Stanley Gibbons were trading up 0.6% at 14.21 pence on Tuesday.
