LONDON (Alliance News) - The Stanley Gibbons Group PLC on Tuesday said it has appointed Louis Castro as an independent non-executive director with immediate effect.
Castro has over 30 years' experience in accounting and corporate finance both in the UK and overseas, most recently working as chief financial officer at London-listed Eland Oil & Gas PLC.
"Louis has widespread international experience having advised the Boards of companies worldwide including companies in the retail sector. He has led on numerous public listings," Stanley Gibbons said in a statement.
