LONDON (Alliance News) - Standard Life Private Equity Trust PLC on Friday said Chairman Ed Warner intends to retire at the year-end.
The company said Senior Independent Director Christina McComb, who has served on the board since 2013, will be appointed as Chair.
Meanwhile, Independent Non-Executive Director Alan Devine will replace McComb.
"The board wish to record their thanks to Ed for his outstanding advice and guidance over the last ten years, serving the company as director and chairman," Standard Life Private Equity Trust said in the statement.
The stock closed down 0.2% on Friday at 336.00 pence a share.
