LONDON (Alliance News) - Standard Life Investments Property Income Trust Ltd Thursday said it has bought a retail warehouse and car show room in Bradford for GBP5.1 million, a yield of 9.5%.
"The Halfords unit is located next to the dominant retail warehouse park in Bradford, and is let to Halfords, who in turn sublet part to Maplin. The car show room is let for a further 6 years but the tenant is not in occupation," the trust said.
Standard Life Investments Property Income Trust shares closed flat at 84.75 pence on Thursday.
