(Alliance News) - Standard Life Investments Property Income Trust Ltd on Thursday declared a 1.19 pence per share dividend for its quarter ended June 30.
The dividend payment date is August 30 and the ex-dividend date is Thursday next week and matches the dividend paid for the same quarter of 2018.
On Tuesday, the company said its net asset value as at June 30 was 91.1 pence per share, the same as it was at the end of March.
Shares in Standard Life Investments Property Income were up 1.8% at 88.80 pence on Thursday afternoon.
