LONDON (Alliance News) - Recruitment and outsourcing firm Staffline Group PLC said Tuesday that it has acquired Northern Ireland-based recruitment agency Diamond Recruitment Group.
Although Staffline did not detail the consideration for the acquisition, it said it will be funded from its existing bank facility. The acquisition is expected to be neutral to earnings in the current year.
"This acquisition fits our strategy of selective bolt-on acquisitions and will expand our Staffline Ireland division, enhancing our reach and customer base considerably. We are delighted to welcome the Diamond team to the group and look forward to continuing to grow our business in Northern Ireland," said Chief Executive Officer Andy Hogarth in a statement.
Shares in Staffline were up 1.3% at 1,519.92 pence Tuesday morning.
