LONDON (Alliance News) - Electronic technologies company Stadium Group PLC Wednesday said Group Commercial Director, Tony Inskip has stepped down from the board with immediate effect as part of a management restructure.
The company said the newly appointed managing directors of the group's integrated Electronic Manufacturing Services (iEMS), overseen by UK Managing Director Ian Davies and Sohan Singh at Stadium Asia, are now responsible for driving sales and for overseeing the commercial activities of the company's iEMS business.
In conjunction with the appointments of Ian and Sohan, the commercial activities of the iEMS business have been realigned to support the group's growth plans to, "provide a more technical driven sales structure, and better meet the changing needs of our customers."
The company said the management structure in the Power Supply and Interface and Displays businesses remains unchanged.
Stadium shares were trading at 51.97 pence Thursday afternoon, up 2.47 pence or 5.0%.
