LONDON (Alliance News) - Marketing and print services group St Ives PLC Monday said it expects its fiscal full-year results to be in line with market expectations, as its Marketing Services division performed well and its Print Services unit improved in the period.
The firm said its full-year results for the year to August 1 should meet market expectations, with its Marketing Services arm continuing to show a strong trading performance against the year before. It said this segment has been extending its range of services, primarily through acquisitions.
St Ives said the integration of digital marketing agency Realise, made in March 2014, and healthcare communications firm Health hive, bought in May 2014, are both progressing well.
In its Print Services arm, the firm said it will deliver like-for-like revenue growth for the full year, despite difficult trading conditions for the business and the recent restructuring it undertook in the unit.
St Ives shares were trading 0.86% higher at 206.00 pence per share Monday morning.
