LONDON (Alliance News) - Food and beverage concessions operator SSP Group PLC said on Friday that Non-Executive Director Denis Hennequin will step down from his role with effect at the annual general meeting on February 21.
Hennequin has been in this role for five years since 2014, and is currently non-executive director at ready meals producer Bakkavor Group PLC for two years since 2017.
He most recent executive role was as chief executive officer at French hospitality company Accor SA, for two years from 2011 to 2013.
"We would like to thank Denis for his input since joining the board shortly prior to the IPO in 2014. Denis has brought great experience and insight to the board and we wish him well for the future," said Chairman Vagn Sorensen.
Shares in FTSE 250-listed SSP Group were up 1.0% at 692.3 pence on Friday.
