LONDON (Alliance News) - SQN Asset Finance Income Fund Ltd on Thursday said it is intending to raise GBP30 million via a share issue.
The issue price on the shares will be no less than 103.5 pence, the company said, meaning it will issue at least 29 million shares.
The net proceeds from the placing will be used to fund the company's committed transactions. The fund invests in asset finance and equipment lease loans.
Shares in SQN were down 2.4% to 105.94 pence on Thursday.
