LONDON (Alliance News) - Sprue Aegis PLC said Monday it expects its 2014 results, before exceptional listing costs of GBP500,000 in the first half, will beat market expectations as its order book has grown "considerably" since June 30.
The home safety product supplier said this growth has been driven by a "significant" increase in smoke-detector orders in the French market.
Sprue Aegis said it will release a further update on its trading and prospects with its interim results, which it is due to release on September 22.
Shares in Sprue Aegis were trading up 8.6% at 251.94 pence Monday morning, shortly after market open.
