LONDON (Alliance News) - Gaming company Sportech PLC on Monday said Rich Roberts, its president of digital in the US, has resigned with immediate effect, as part of Sportech's reorganisation of management responsibilities in North America.
Roberts will work with the company until the end of August to ensure a successful transition.
Sportech Racing & Digital will continue to be run by Andrew Gaughan, while Ted Taylor, managing director of Sportech Venues in Connecticut, will now assume responsibility for the online business in that state as well.
"Rich has been an important member of the executive team, most notably during our successful digital activities in New Jersey last year. I would like to personally thank him for his contribution to the company, and we wish him well for the future," Chief Executive Ian Penrose said in a statement.
Shares in Sportech were untraded on Monday morning, last quoted at 67.00 pence.
