LONDON (Alliance News) - Spire Healthcare Group PLC said Thursday it has been granted planning permission to develop a GBP63 million hospital in West Didsbury, South Manchester.
The new facility will replace the existing Spire Manchester Hospital in Whalley Range, and will be built on Siemens AG's Princess Parkway site.
Work will begin immediately and will be completed by early 2017, Spire said.
Shares in Spire are trading down 0.8% at 310.52 pence Thursday afternoon.
