LONDON (Alliance News) - Spire Healthcare Group PLC on Thursday said it has appointed Martin Angle to the role of independent non-executive director and intends for him to replace the current deputy chair in May.
Angle joins the private hospital operator with immediate effect as independent non-executive director. On May 16, Angle will replace Peter Bamford as deputy chair and senior independent director.
Angle is presently senior independent director of Gulf Keystone Petroleum PLC and a recent retiree from Pennon Group PLC having spent 10 years on the Pennon board.
Shares in Spire were down 0.2% at 132.20 pence on Thursday.
