LONDON (Alliance News) - Authentication technology supplier Spectra Systems Corp on Tuesday said it has delayed its annual general meeting but said it is trading in line.
Spectra said it has delayed its annual general meeting at it does not have enough shareholder votes to achieve a quoram at the meeting, which was due to take place on Tuesday. It will make a further announcement on the meeting in due course.
Spectra also said it is trading in line with market expectations so far in its financial year to the end of June 2016.
Shares in Spectra were untraded on Tuesday, having last traded at 20.60 pence.
