LONDON (Alliance News) - Early-stage investment company Spark Ventures PLC on Tuesday said it has agreed to sell most of its remaining portfolio investments to Hollyport Secondary Opportunities IV Unit Trust for a minimum of GBP3.7 million.
The consideration due on the assets may increased based on the performance of the portfolio companies to December 31.
The investments sold include its stakes in Compliance Online, DEM Solutions, Academia and my Deco. The sale does not include the company's 17.8% stake in AIM-listed technology company IMImobile PLC or its 0.5% stake in Quester Venture Partnership.
Spark Ventures shares were down 8.7% to 3.195 pence on Tuesday.
