LONDON (Alliance News) - SpaceandPeople PLC said Tuesday its has appointed Charles Hammond as non-executive chairman.
Hammond is currently the chief executive officer at Forth Ports Ltd.
"We are delighted that Charles has agreed to join the board of the company. This has been a testing year for us and his desire to improve us individually and collectively will ensure dynamism to the board and tremendous added value to SpaceandPeople's stakeholders," said SpaceandPeople Chief Executive Officer Matthew Bending.
Last month, SpaceandPeople issued a profit warning after a number of its businesses failed to meet expectations.
