LONDON (Alliance News) - Sovereign Mines of Africa PLC on Thursday said it knows of no reason for the move in its share price.
Shares in the company were up 5.7% shortly after its announcement at 0.37 pence, having hit a high of 0.50p just before. The stock's 52-week high was 1.79p.
The group said it continues to seek a partner to advance its Mandiana gold project in Guinea and will provide an update when a material development occurs.
